Casa Majestic Oasis 307 with its peaceful surroundings and spectacular views of Boqueron’s bay comprises of 3,500 sq feet private living space on an acre of land . Inside space include large open-concept living room, formal dining room, breakfast nook, 4 nicely sized bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. Newly furnished. Fully air-conditioned. 700 sq.ft pool, electric power generator, gazebo (pool area). Sleeps 10 people comfortably. It is located right on route 307, which takes you directly to Boqueron Beach, El Poblado and Buye beach.
The villa provides all the luxurious amenities you will need in a home away from home. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and walk in closet. First floor has a bedroom and full bathroom for those who can’t do stairs. Second floor includes 3 bedrooms: Master Bedroom cal-king bed, dresser, closet. Second room has 1 queen bed and the third room has a twin/twin bunk bed plus 2 twin beds. Third floor includes a terrace overlooking Boqueron Bay. Patio furniture and hammocks complement the experience. Perfect quiet nook to enjoy amazing sunsets, great conversations or a good book.
