Cayo del Sol condo has panoramic elevator. Cayo del Sol B302 beach vacation rental apartment is located at third floor with unobstructed view from balcony of Puerto Real Bay. Excellent cross ventilation! Fully furnished with air conditioners on all three bedrooms.

Cayo del Sol privilege location provides you with easy access to all attractions without traffic and on a relaxing atmosphere. You'll be 5 minutes from Cabo Rojo's main avenue, PR100. On PR307 you will find La Mela, Buye, Boqueron and Punta Guaniquilla beaches all less than five minutes away from the apartment.

The nearest airport is the one at Ponce. It is a small airport but carries major airline companies like JetBlue. From Ponce, you will get to Cayo del Sol in 45 minutes to an hour drive.

Nightlife at Cabo Rojo

Cabo Rojo is best know for its beaches, but night life is also on the rise. Around Cabo Rojo's town square 'Plaza' people gather and hopped from Wine & Cheese Cafe, The Coffee Stand; Salvatore Restaurant; Cassaba Restaurant to mention some. On PR#100 you'll find Dom Paco Restaurant where from Thursday's to Sundays they present live concerts and events; the Lighthouse Plaza has several pubs where they also present live music. Boqueron's picturesque town comes to life at nights where different music and groups gather and have lots of fun, you can play pool, have drinks, dance in the street or on the sandy beach, hang out or eat at different pubs, bars and restaurants that form the famous 'Poblado'. Additional information:

$100 refundable security deposit required to reserve. Depósito reembolsable de seguridad de $100 requerido para reservar.
$100 one time cleaning fee per booking. Cargo de limpieza de $100 por término del alquiler.
Minimum stay for LONG WEEKENDS is three nights.  Estadía mínima para FINES DE SEMANA LARGOS es de 3 noches.

Full rental payment due 7 days prior to your check-in. 
WiFi internet is OPTIONAL. Activation fee is $50.  Inquire rental total for your specific rental period.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival date without penalties.  After the 30 day grace period, we reserve the right to retain your deposit in full and any payments made by you in order to cover for lost rental income and expenses due to your cancellation.  We recommend you add your vacation rental in your Travel Insurance package.
